Milwaukee Tool Bringing New Service Hub and Jobs to Georgina
Dec 16, 2025

The Town of Georgina has announced that Milwaukee Tool will open a new 54,000-square-foot Service Hub in the Keswick Business Park, creating more than 60 jobs for local residents. The facility will serve as a central service operation for the company as it continues to expand its Canadian footprint.
Company officials say Georgina was selected after an extensive site review, citing convenient access to Highway 404, proximity to the Greater Toronto Area, and access to a large, skilled workforce. The Service Hub is expected to be fully operational by the fourth quarter of 2026.
Town officials say the investment is another sign of growing interest in the Keswick Business Park and supports Georgina’s long-term economic development goals. They add the project will help strengthen the town’s role as a regional hub for logistics, manufacturing, and service-related industries in north York Region.
